Actions to be taken when ERS is Required

1. The following Telephone numbers shall be contacted 24 x 7 to report an Emergency.

2. Establish a Telephonic Contact with us in any of the mentioned numbers and state:

•  Ship name
• Ship IMO and IR number
• Company name
• Your name
• Your telephone and e‐mail id
• Reason for the activation of IRCLASS ERS facility.

3. After establishing verbal communication, establish online contact with us in the
email id’s mentioned below with the details of the situation.

4. All inquiries, requests, filled Causality Report Form or information made or provided
verbally during the telephone conversation are to be sent to :

5. It is essential that you inform of an emergency by telephone at the earliest opportunity even before the online contact is established and Causality Report Form is made ready. This will give some lead time for mobilization of the emergency team which would be advantageous in all cases.
